PRIVACY NOTICE
Your enquiry.
Your device.
A clear account of what this website does — and what it does not do.
The enquiry composer
The partnership composer prepares a draft in your browser. Your name, email, organisation, interest and message are processed on your device to validate the fields and create readable text. The website does not submit these fields to us, email them or place them in a customer-management system.
Draft details are held in the current page’s memory, not in localStorage or a website database. Leaving or reloading the page clears the draft. Please do not include sensitive information in your enquiry.
Copying and downloading
Copy enquiry writes the prepared text to your clipboard only when you choose that action. Download .txt creates a text file on your device only when you choose it. Your device, browser, clipboard tools and any service you later use to share the draft have their own privacy behaviour. A copied or downloaded draft may remain on your device after this page is closed.
Technical processing
No analytics tools, advertising trackers or nonessential cookies have been added to this website. We do not use the draft fields for profiling or marketing.
The hosting provider may process technical information such as an IP address, request details and diagnostic logs to deliver, protect and operate the website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; your browser makes requests to that provider, which may receive technical information. This notice does not claim that browsing involves no data processing.
External websites
The SIFS link opens an external website. Its privacy and cookie practices apply when you visit it; this notice does not cover that site.
Before public launch
A direct contact channel, confirmed operator details and any applicable retention or contact procedures will be added before public launch. The final legal operator and privacy contact details are not yet confirmed. If the way enquiries are handled changes, this notice will need to change before that handling begins.
