ABOUT & CURRENT STATUS
A purpose in development.
A transparent starting point.
Ambitious about the contribution we could make. Clear about where we are today.
The initiative
The Resilience Foundation is a new Jersey-rooted initiative being developed by Christopher Usher and Lee Morris. It brings together Moonshots, economic scenario modelling and digital twin research, practical AI adoption, and education through SIFS Open Access.
Its purpose is to help communities develop capability, make better decisions and build lasting resilience and opportunity. Lee Morris is Co-Founder and Head of the Foundation. Christopher Usher is Co-Founder.
Intended operating relationship
The initiative is proposed to operate through the legal company operating the School of International Financial Services (SIFS). The full registered company name, company number, registered address and final operating arrangements have not yet been supplied or confirmed for this website.
These details must be confirmed before public launch. The proposed relationship does not establish a separate legal entity.
Registration and legal status
Trading-name registration and the applicable legal position are pending. The Resilience Foundation is not incorporated under the Foundations (Jersey) Law 2009 and is not a registered charity. Use of the name on this website does not claim foundation incorporation, charity registration, tax exemption or regulatory approval.
Programme status
Moonshots is in development. Economic Twin is at research and development stage. Saint Helena is a proposed exploration, requiring local stakeholder discussions and programme design before delivery.
This website does not claim government endorsement, a formal Saint Helena partnership, launched pilots, secured programme funding, proven outcomes, signed clients or legislative approvals. The three-to-six-month development pathway is proposed, not a confirmed calendar or launch commitment.
Educational contribution and funded delivery
A public-benefit educational contribution can coexist with transparent funded delivery. Educational access, adaptation, support and any free or at-cost arrangements will depend on the agreed scope and participating partners. Paid delivery will be distinguished openly from educational contributions.
There is no public donation or payment flow on this website.
Public review and launch dependencies
This website is publicly available for review while the initiative is developed. Confirmed legal operator details, trading-name position and a direct contact channel are outstanding before a full public launch. The enquiry composer only prepares a draft on your device; it does not send an enquiry to the initiative.
